How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Made-to-order pieces typically take 20-25 business days from order confirmation to dispatch, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated completion date once your order is placed.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

What exotic leathers do you work with?

We work with a curated selection of premium exotic leathers, including:

  • Crocodile (Nile & Saltwater)
  • Ostrich
  • Lizard (Varanus)
  • Python

All skins are sourced from licensed, regulated suppliers and accompanied by the appropriate documentation.

Are your leathers ethically sourced?

Yes. Ethical sourcing is central to our practice. All exotic leathers are obtained from CITES-licensed farms and suppliers operating within international wildlife trade regulations. Learn more on our Ethical Sourcing & CITES Certification page.


CITES & International Compliance

What is CITES and why does it matter?

CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) is an international agreement that regulates the trade of certain animal and plant species. Exotic leathers such as crocodile and python are covered under CITES Appendix I or II, meaning their trade requires official permits.

Can I import a Jevon Leather piece into my country?

Import regulations vary by country. We strongly recommend checking your local customs authority's requirements before ordering. We will provide all necessary CITES documentation on our end, but import permits may also be required in your country. Please refer to our About Leather & CITES page for further guidance.


Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my exotic leather goods?

Exotic leathers require gentle, consistent care to maintain their beauty and longevity:

  • Keep away from water and humidity. If your piece gets wet, blot gently with a soft cloth and allow to air dry naturally.
  • Store properly. Keep in the dust bag provided, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. 
  • Clean gently. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid chemical cleaners or alcohol-based products.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping rates?

We offer complimentary shipping within Hong Kong. International orders are subject to flat-rate shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout based on your destination.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

As most of our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a resolution promptly.
