Refund policy

All sales are strictly final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. A product can only be returned due to a defect or incorrect item received. Items with slight differences of shade between your order and online images are not subject to a return. Please review the T&C carefully before placing your order.

If you wish to return a faulty item, please contact us at info@jvnleathercraft.com. Our Customer Service will assist you with the return process. The item must be returned to us within 10 days of your notification. Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all the cost of return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
