Local Delivery

Standard delivery within Hong Kong is free of charge. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping

All overseas orders will be dispatched via Speedpost, a service provided by Hong Kong Post Office. Your tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel has been dispatched. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Estimated delivery time may vary or change due to customs clearance. 

All international cost will include a CITES fee of 40 USD. CITES stands for the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. It is an international agreement between governments aimed at ensuring that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants to ensure their conservation and sustainable use. 

Taxes & Duties (For International Delivery only)

The international shipping charge is exclusive of customs duties/taxes, which may be charged separately by the carrier. The customer assumes the responsibility of any applicable fees. Additional documents may be required for some orders and can delay the delivery. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.

Your order will be shipped out within 20-25 business days after order confirmation.
